Patient 1
BEFORE
Multiple decayed teeth.
AFTER
Decay was removed and teeth were restored with composite resin.
Patient 2
This beautiful patient of mine thought that not much could be done with her teeth and the state they were in. She wanted other people under similar circumstances, to know through these photos, that is always hope and that things can improve.
BEFORE
Multiple worn down and missing teeth due to several medical issues. Because of the loss of tooth structure this patient was overclosing, so there was not enough room for a denture to replace her missing teeth.
AFTER
After some extractions of teeth that were not repairable, the remaining teeth were restored using composite resin and in this way some of the occlusion was improved and space was created for the making of a metal partial denture to replace the missing teeth in the upper arch.
Patient with her Metal Partial Denture replacing her missing teeth. Although in cases like these the clasps of the denture are visible (covered here with a resin, so the metal is not visible so much), it s a compromise when there are not many other options available.

AFTER
Fillings replaced with a composite resin material.
